Yoga helped me come home to myself.
After years of trying medications that didn’t work, I found that yoga offered what nothing else could—a way to regulate my nervous system, quiet my racing thoughts, and feel safe in my body again. It became my spiritual anchor and a source of joy, calm, and connection.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and I teach with respect for yoga’s roots and traditions. My approach is grounded in the Eight Limbs of Yoga, as outlined by Sage Patanjali.
I’m also certified in astrology through the School of Traditional Astrology, Kepler College, and ISAR. I offer private sessions and small group circles that blend movement, breath, meditation, and astrologically-guided self-reflection.
