Yoga helped me come home to myself.
Yoga gave me something I hadn’t found anywhere else—a way to regulate my nervous system, quiet my thoughts, and feel safe in my body again. It became my spiritual anchor and a steady source of calm, connection, and joy.
Now, I teach to help others experience that same sense of return.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and I teach with deep respect for yoga’s roots and traditions.
